Nicolle Lee

Owner Nicolle Lee comes from Mario Tricoci where she received specialized training in hair coloring and worked alongside many extremely talented individuals. She was trained in New York City with Oscar and Wendy Bond, salon owners in SOHO and owners of the Bond Academy offering clients the most current style trends and color expertise. Nicolle most recently attended The Sassoon Academy in London and received The Salon Creative certificate upon completion of advanced course training.

Summer 2017, Nicolle attended Balayage/Color Correction Classes in L.A. at Ramirez/Tran Academy, Agence Salon, Ashlee Norman Hair and Hair by Kathy Nunez. Bringing the West Coast meets the East Coast looks here with a midwestern twist for new inspiration.

Nicolle grew up watching her grandmother Edith style hair in her salon and Edith remains Nicolle’s hero and inspiration today. Her grandmother’s impeccable standards can be seen today in Nicolle’s detail-oriented approach to cut, color, style and even in her salon. Edith often said … “Why look less than your best?” Nicolle brings that same standard today and is why Salon Neapolitan exists today.

“I love improvements, making things look beautiful, whether it is gardens or a room at my home to even picking up that piece of trash in the street. I feel I am here to make things just a little more beautiful.” – Nicolle

Nicolle brought her training and skills to Wheaton with the opening of Salon Neapolitan in 1993. She moved to the current location in 1999 as the business continued to grow. Over the years, Nicolle has not only established a salon offering diverse services and products for women and men, but the Salon has also played a role in the community by generously supporting and donating to numerous local organizations and schools.

With over 32 years of experience in the hair industry, Salon Neapolitan assures you of the finest techniques available. Continuing education is a high priority in the salon. Our stylists enjoy and are dedicated to attending classes 3-5 times a year to stay abreast of new trends and improve skills.
